If however you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods, please return them within 14 days and we will issue you with a refund or replacement items. Please note, all goods must be returned in their original condition with the packaging intact, unless the item has been found to be faulty.

If the items delivered were incorrect or faulty we will be happy to reimburse the cost of the return postage. If however you have changed your mind about the goods and simply wish to return them, the return postage costs are non-refundable.
